Price: While comparing quotations from different suppliers, if there is a significant price difference for the same specifications of polycarbonate sheet, it may indicate a difference in quality. However, keep in mind that the lowest price does not always guarantee the best quality.
Transparency: High-quality polycarbonate sheets made from 100% virgin raw material should have a transparency level of more than 92%. Look for sheets that have no visible impurities, pockmarks, or yellowing. Recycled or mixed material sheets may appear yellow or dark.
PE Protection Film: Check if the PE protection film is firmly attached to the surface of the polycarbonate sheet without falling off. This indicates better production equipment, technology, and quality control.
Wall Thickness and Gravity: Some manufacturers may produce polycarbonate sheets with lower gravity to offer a better price.
