How is acrylic printed logo done?

In today's market environment where brand competition is extremely fierce, the communication of corporate image and the establishment of brand recognition are particularly important. A unique and high-quality logo can not only attract the attention of potential customers, but also deepen consumers' memory of the brand. Among many materials, choosing acrylic as the carrier of the logo is gradually becoming a popular trend. Acrylic materials have become an ideal choice for making high-end and fashionable logos with their high transparency, bright colors, and easy processing.

How is acrylic printed logo done? 1

The four most commonly used printing methods for printing logos in acrylic products

1. Silk screen printing: Silk screen printing requires plate making and ink mixing. If it is one color, only one plate is needed. If there are more than two colors, two are needed, and so on. Therefore, when there are many colors and gradient colors, silk screen printing is not as convenient as UV. The advantage of silk screen printing is that the cost of making plates in the early stage is relatively cheap. In the later processing, if the LOGO or font to be printed remains unchanged, it can be used all the time. After printing, it needs to be dried on the drying device. After it is completely dry, the next process can be carried out.

2. Inkjet paper: Similar to the common stickers we use, print the picture and stick it directly on the acrylic product. It can be pasted neatly and completely avoid bubbles inside. The unit price is also relatively cheap, but the use time is not long, and the shelf life is about one year.

3. UV printing: also known as 3D flatbed color printing, no plate making is required, only vector files are required. Through a professional UV inkjet printer, it is printed on acrylic products and dried immediately after printing. It is suitable for products with complex colors, not easy to fade and scratch, and the printed surface feels convex. Its advantage is that it is a good choice in the case of color and gradient color, the machine adjusts the color, and the color is more accurate.

4. Micro-carving: also called marking. It is suitable for uneven types of plates. After micro-carving, the color is as transparent as frosted, and the color can also be added to make the logo more obvious.
