Solution: Check and replace the drill bit regularly; for sheets that may have internal stress, perform appropriate heat treatment before processing. Check the drill bit and the fixture of the drilling machine to ensure that the drill bit is firmly installed and reduce shaking.
3. Bending problem
Uneven deformation of the bending part
Reason: uneven heating temperature, inappropriate mold, uneven pressure during bending.
Solution: Adjust the heating equipment to ensure that the sheet is heated evenly; replace the appropriate mold; pay attention to applying uniform pressure during the bending process.
Cracks appear on the sheet
Reason: The bending radius is too small and the sheet is bent too much.
Solution: Increase the bending radius; check the quality of the sheet and replace it in time if there is a defect; control the degree of bending to avoid excessive bending.
4. Bonding problem
(1) Insufficient bonding strength
Reason: Improper selection of adhesive, unclean surface treatment, uneven application of adhesive, and incomplete curing.
Solution: Fully understand and match the sheet and adhesive before bonding, and select the appropriate adhesive; strictly follow the surface treatment process to ensure the bonding surface is clean; accurately control the amount and uniformity of the adhesive applied; strictly abide by the curing conditions of the adhesive.
(2) Bubbles are generated
Reason: Air is mixed in during glue application and insufficient pressure is applied.
Solution: Try to avoid air mixing during glue application, and use scraping and other methods; increase the strength and time of pressure application to expel bubbles.
5. Milling edge problems
When milling edges, you may encounter problems such as chip blockage and tool wear.
Solution: Choose appropriate tools and cutting parameters, and regularly maintain and replace the tools. At the same time, keep the work area clean and tidy to avoid debris affecting the processing effect.
